MUSKOGEE, Okla. — Mobility Plus played a major role in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life on May 3 in Muskogee, Okla., by donating wheelchairs to cancer survivors.
Relay for Life is the signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society and is one of the largest awareness and fundraising events hosted worldwide.

Mobility Plus seeks local golfers to tee off for the Kelly B. Todd Center

The 7th annual Kelly B. Todd Charity Golf Tournament returns to the Muskogee Country Club on Monday, May 20. The tournament is presented by Mobility Plus, a division of Cherokee Nation Businesses, and benefits the Kelly B. Todd Cerebral Palsy Center in Muskogee.

Rehab event provides continuing education for medical professionals

CATOOSA, Okla. - Nearly 100 physical therapists, occupational therapists and business professionals attended the inaugural Mobility Plus Rehab Expo on Oct. 10 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa Convention Center.
The event offered participants several education sessions, covering topics ranging from the latest rehabilitation technology to patient care and safety. Participation in the sessions earned attendees up to eight continuing education units.

Mobility Plus raises more than $12K for cerebral palsy therapy center

MUSKOGEE, Okla. — The 6th annual Kelly B. Todd Charity Golf Tournament was held at Muskogee Country Club in May. The tournament is presented by Mobility Plus, a division of Cherokee Nation Businesses, and benefits the Kelly B. Todd Cerebral Palsy Center in Muskogee.
The annual golf tournament is sponsored and staffed by Mobility Plus, along with board members and employees of the Kelly B. Todd Cerebral Palsy Center. One hundred percent of the tournament’s proceeds benefit the center.
Since 2007, the tournament has raised nearly $70,000 for the center.

Mobility Plus opens new location in Claremore

CLAREMORE, Okla. — Mobility Plus, a subsidiary of Cherokee Nation Businesses, opened its doors at a new facility in the Claremore Medical Park in January.
The new location allows for easier access in and out of the parking area from the main road and has increased spaces and ramps for handicapped parking.
The Claremore location also serves customers in Rogers, Mayes, Nowata, Delaware, Craig and Ottawa Counties.

Overnight pulse oximetry testing capabilities

Mobility Plus offers overnight pulse oximetry testing to help determine if patients qualify for an oximeter. The results are read by an independent third party and sent directly to you for analysis.
Patients with a pulse ox of 88% or lower qualify for 12 months of service. A pulse ox of 89% qualifies a patient for three months and a retest after the 90th day.
For patients with a pulse ox of 90% and higher, please contact your nearest Mobility Plus location and put the plus to work for you.
